Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchases, but if you feel you need to make a return, please do read below. You need to return your item to us within 30 days of purchase in a brand new condition and in its original packaging, so keep labels and packaging. A full refund or exchange will be given less any postage costs. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

In the case of faulty items or wrong items sent a full refund will be given as long as you safely return your items in a resalable condition and within 365 days following your original purchase. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Refunds can only be made to the original card you used for your purchases. We aim to refund our customers within a week of receiving your returned good.

We recommend that you get a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send items back to us, to cover you in case your parcel is lost on its way back to us and you need to claim compensation from the carrier. We can not take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit from our customers. The cost of packaging and postage of returned goods is the full responsibility of the customers and will only be reimbursed if the goods were delivered faulty to the costumers delivery address.
