Flor de Calasparra is a family-run farm in Calasparra, a village situated in the mountainous region of Murcia in the south east of Spain. Cultivated without the use of pesticides or herbicides, this small-production farm produces two varieties of superior Paella rice, Arroz Calasparra and Arroz Bomba.
The farm is bordered by the Segura River, high in the valley with a cool climate. This unique environment creates the conditions that make Calasparra rice one of the most reputable, high-quality paella rice grains in the world.
With unparalled absorption qualities, both rice varieties have been awarded a DOP (Protected Denomination of Origin)
